According to UK reports, the deal between British rapper Professor Green and sportswear company Puma has been axed.

The original contract was signed in 2012 after the rapper helped Puma design T-shirts, jumpers and other accessories that were sold in stores across the UK.

However, Puma executives have announced the deal between them and Professor has come to an end.

“I can confirm that Puma and Professor Green haven’t extended the agreement to produce a new collection in 2014,” a Pupa representative told Daily Mirror.

Additionally, a source told Dailyrecord.com, “Pro had been chatting about a new range for a while but after a few months of delays, it was finally taken off the table. It’s frustrating for everybody, because there had been a lot of time invested in it, but now just isn’t the right time.”

“While there will be no specific collection this year – despite former plans – but that isn’t to say the relationship is truly over. Both sides would like to work together in the future,” the source finished.
