Macaulay Culkin Left Stage Twice After Being Hit By Drinks

Former child star Macaulay Culkin left the stage at two concerts in the U.K. last week, after he was pelted with drinks from the audience.

The actor performed with his food-themed band The Pizza Underground in Nottingham, England on Sunday, May 25. However, concerts, which were part of their first British tour, didn’t end well. He ended the gig after singing only three songs, when he was drenched with beer.

The similar incident happened in Manchester, England on Friday, May 23. During his performance, rowdy audience members threw drinks at him, which made him leave the stage before returning to finish his act.

In a joint post on page, the band The Pizza Underground wrote, “Thank you so much Nottingham… Sorry that a couple (of) people ruined it for everyone.

The band has scheduled concerts in Birmingham, England on Monday night, May 26.

The Pizza Underground is an American comedy rock band from New York City.

Mostly playing parody songs by The Velvet Underground with pizza-themed song names and lyrics, the group consists of Macaulay Culkin (kazoo, percussion and vocals) along with Matt Colbourn (guitar, vocals), Phoebe Kreutz (glockenspiel, vocals), Deenah Vollmer (pizza box, vocals), and Austin Kilham (tambourine, vocals).

Because of their theme, the band gave out boxed pizzas to people who attend their live performances.
