Yesterday we had a chance to witness the making of history, be it for good or for bad.

Britain made an exit from the EU and naturally, the whole world has an opinion about it, and none more than some of the strongest social media influencers out there. Tweets were shared this morning that would go into history, just like words written on paper once did.

Deadline was one of the first to report about celebrities’ reactions.

One of the most renowned UK celebrities, J. K. Rowling expressed her feelings by saying “Goodbye Great Britain!” in one of her tweets, while another tweet suggested writer’s wish for the Brexit to be magically erased.

James Corden stood side by side with Rowling, unable to accept the fact that so much has been lost for the younger generations of Brits, and he even conveyed his message for unity on his Late Late Show a couple of days ago.

Neil Gaiman, one of the most loved writers on the planet curtly commented that the UK will need all the luck that they can get.

Lena Headey, the star of the “Game of Thrones” series expressed how appalled she was by the Brexit by saying that UK may as well pick Trump now.
